Today we say goodbye for now to our wonderful friend, and old au pair, Vanesa, who flies back to Argentina today. She came to work for us when Toto was 3 months old and Sweetpea was just one. She has come back to visit almost every year since, it's like having a cousin come to visit, she just slips right into the routine and helps out wherever she can. I call it my "Vanevacation"

It was a god-send to have her here for a couple of weeks right after Baby M arrived. The kids love their Vane time.

Now that she has graduated from law school and has a real job we won't get to see her as often, but she promises to come back in January 2013. We'll be counting the days!
