Cabo Dolphin Adventures

Spanish Immersion Homeschooling Field Trip Photos
aka Adults drink Margaritas and Kids have fun in Spanish!

Here are the long awaited Dolphin pictures. What a gorgeous sunny day in Cabo. What a great adventure the kids had! It was pricey but worth it to get up close and personal with their very own dolphin, a female named Frida. The kids were issued wetsuits because the water is Pacific Ocean cold and salty, just like the dolphins like it.
Here is Blondie, going on a dolphin swim. All morning long he told me he was not going to do it, and I said that was fine, he could just watch (he is only 4 after all). But after watching his big brother and big sister do it, he was game. That HUGE smile says it all.
Sweetpea was the 2nd one to go for a dolphin ride. She held on tight and enjoyed the ride!
I was so proud of Toto. Out of the entire class of 9 kids, he was the very first one to volunteer to go on a dolphin ride. Then he was first to dance with Frida...cha cha cha cha cha cha.....cha cha cha cha cha cha. He had a blast. This was definitely one of the highlights of our two week vacation.

The two older kids also went on tandem parasailing rides during the week. Four year old announced that he thought it was better to wait till he was 5 to try it. No problem, kiddo, we'll be back someday!
