RIP Little Cupcake

Cupcake, our little precious rabbit, died some time during the weekend. We are not sure if she died of old age or got too hot and dehydrated ( her water bottle was empty by Monday morning ). Her big brother, Stuart, is still alive and well and eating as much hay as ever.

We buried her tonight in front of our St Francis statue in the garden, it has become quite the pet cemetary. Scruffy, Tuffie, and Sugar are actually buried into the cement walls of the planter, and now Cupcake is buried underneath the thyme. A couple of birds who flew into our windows have been buried there as well.  We said a little prayer to St Francis and the boys drew pictures and prayers for her. Sweetpea did not want to participate at all. I'm not sure what is up with that yet.
